\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u80a1\u4efd\u516c\u53f8\uff08A.\u015e.\uff09\u8fd8\u662f\u6709\u9650\u8d23\u4efb\u516c\u53f8\uff08LTD\uff09\uff0c\u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ed3\u6784\u662f\u6700\u521d\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002 \u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\u7684\u8d77\u8349\u548c\u516c\u8bc1\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u83b7\u5f97\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u7a0e\u52a1\u8bc6\u522b\u53f7\u3001\u5b58\u5165\u6240\u9700\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u8d44\u672c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5411\u8d38\u6613\u767b\u8bb0\u5904\u63d0\u4ea4\u6b63\u5f0f\u6ce8\u518c\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u662f\u5173\u952e\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p href=\"#aioseo-company-registration-in-turkey\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c<\/a><ul><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-from-real-persons\">\u6765\u81ea\u771f\u4eba\uff1b<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-bank-account-opening-for-your-company\">\u4e3a\u8d35\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u8bbe\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-our-services-for-company-registration-in-turkey\">\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u670d\u52a1<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#aioseo-reach-us-for-company-registration-in-turkey\">\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u529e\u7406\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u81ea 2017 \u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0cFinlexia Accounting Firm \u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u4f0a\u65af\u5766\u5e03\u5c14\u4e00\u5bb6\u9886\u5148\u7684\u4f1a\u8ba1\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\uff0c\u4e3a\u5bfb\u6c42\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5efa\u7acb\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u670d\u52a1\u3002 \u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u521b\u529e\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u6700\u5173\u952e\u6b65\u9aa4\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u4e86\u89e3\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image id=\"aioseo-what-is-company-registration-in-turkey\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6ce8\u518c\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u5408\u6cd5\u5efa\u7acb\u4f01\u4e1a\u5b9e\u4f53\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\u6d89\u53ca\u5404\u79cd\u884c\u653f\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ecf\u8425\u7b26\u5408\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u6ce8\u518c\u516c\u53f8\u6d89\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ec6\u81f4\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u8981\u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/finlexia.com.tr\/zh\/establishing-limited-company-in-turkey\/\">\u6709\u9650\u8d23\u4efb<\/a>\u516c\u53f8\uff08LLC\uff09\u6216<a href=\"https:\/\/finlexia.com.tr\/zh\/establish-joint-stock-company-in-turkey\/\">\u80a1\u4efd\u516c\u53f8<\/a>\uff08JSC\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u60a8\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u6218\u7565\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finlexia \u4f1a\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/finlexia.com.tr\/zh\/turkish-accountants\/\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u4f1a\u8ba1\u5e08<\/a>\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u6ce8\u518c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5546\u4e1a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ece\u6700\u521d\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u51c6\u5907\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u540d\u79f0\u9884\u7559\uff0c\u5230\u6700\u540e\u5b8c\u6210\u6cd5\u5b9a\u8d26\u7c3f\u548c\u83b7\u5f97\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u90fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e13\u4e1a\u6307\u5bfc\u3002 \u6211\u4eec\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u534f\u52a9<a href=\"https:\/\/finlexia.com.tr\/zh\/open-bank-accounts-in-turkey\/\">\u5f00\u7acb\u571f\u8033\u5176\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237<\/a>\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/finlexia.com.tr\/zh\/get-tax-number-in-turkey\/\">\u83b7\u5f97\u7eb3\u7a0e\u8bc6\u522b\u7801<\/a>\uff08TIN\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u5f8b\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e Finlexia Accounting Firm \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u54a8\u8be2\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u5bf9\u7ec6\u8282\u7684\u7ec6\u81f4\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u6ce8\u518c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u65e0\u7f1d\u548c\u9ad8\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u662f\u80a1\u4efd\u516c\u53f8 (A.\u015e.) \u548c\u6709\u9650\u8d23\u4efb\u516c\u53f8 (LTD)\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u51c6\u5907\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\uff1a<\/strong>\u8d77\u8349\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\uff0c\u6982\u8ff0\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u8fd0\u4f5c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002
